We’d not yet tackled an IMPOSTOR from the 1980’s and it was high time we did. I considered TOP SECRET! but live tweeting a full-on spoof (as we’ve learned) is more like sandpaper rubbing sandpaper. So I scoured my memory for other less spoofy spy films of the 80’s persuasion and came up with this lesser seen “gem” from 1985. This Wednesday, #Bond_age_ tackles REMO WILLIAMS: THE ADVENTURE BEGINS starring Fred Ward, Joel Gray and Wilford Brimley (and directed by Bond director Guy Hamilton).
DVDs of REMO WILLIAMS are not super easy to come by… so it’s a relief to learn that the entire film can be found on YouTube. I will post the embed on Wednesday for everyone’s viewing pleasure. Seriously. It should be a perfect movie for live twatter. Use #RemoWilliams hashtag.

If you haven’t seen any of the Falcon serials and you love classic mysteries, you definitely need to stop in for the Falcon Double Feature.

And while we still wait for the next round of James Bond proper to begin (tentatively entitled The Tertiary), we’re gonna need our fix of favorite Bonds. It’s time for #Bond_age_ IMPOSTOR X.
